RuneScape is just a wasting time in loop simulator. It was good back then but can't feel the same when RuneScape prime times. I care about you and i suggest you to play Elder Scrolls Online. I played FFXIV and did not like it. I don't like to support S2P games and it's kinda outdated and overrated in my opinion.

When i first played ESO i searched far and wide for similar content, if you like that so much i seriously would recommend cookie clicker! Much better lore than ESO!

Runescape is far from being perfect, but there has yet to be a game out there that feels like this one.

If you want to play runescape like in the old days, oldschool is the place to go for, you just have to start from zero again though. RS3 is the main game and is where old accounts belong to sadly.

I do think however that IF Jagex made runescape in an engine like UE5, i'm fairly certain runescape would pop up again, oldschool is doing great, rs3 not so much. Most of this downfall was due toe EOC, removal of PVP, trade limit, which right now are mostly non existent problems (PVP has been dead for ages, so they just put a nail in the coffin with the wildy update and i think they made the right decision, PVP in EOC is aids).

I played ESO for a bit on xbox one through gamepass and it felt decent, considered buying it a few times for pc but i keep avoiding it, game is a massive time sink and i don't really need a game like that right now to take the spotlight away.
