Account recovery trouble

I need to recover my Steam runescape account but i do not remember the login username and the email attached to steam is a separate runescape account. When trying to work with both Runescape and Steams auto recovery, i have had no luck and was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this?

What? If you can't recover your account from Runescape website you are pretty much screwed if that is what you mean. Steam has nothing to do with Runescape account recovery in any way.
