Double Charged and still didn't recieve any Bonds. Jagex won't respond
I recently bought a Bond-Package it firstly refused my Payment (i have enough money on my Steam Wallet) and additionally it double charged me without giving me anything.

I have already looked up everywhere and tried to contact Jagex but I can't manage to get any response for days now. I hope a Jagex Moderator can see this so we can solve this problem. I really don't know what to do anymore tbh.

Anyone having the same problem?

Yes I did but they didn't reply for 4 days now.
If it was declined, that money should be back in your account in a short amount of time. Just a tip. Buy from the website instead, and make sure your bank can authorize international payments as jagex is a UK based company.
Did you get conformation mail from Steam support? One annoying thing that can happend is mail going to junk mail folder.

Yes I got a confirmation Mail from Steam, that I made my purchase (no further refund Mail and no Mail in Junk mail folder).

I can also see it in my account, that it has been purchased. I just can't ask steam support for refund because it is a ingame purchase and it says, that I have to contact Jagex for it.

Not yet. I tried to contact them on twitter. They told me to have patience because auf the current situation :/
yes, support is probably buried with login-lockout issues
Customer support in video games and the tech industry at large is there to create an image that they're helping, not to actually help
it is possible that you didnt purchase "runescape bonds (pack) but instead OSRS(Old School Runescape) Bond Pack - i checked how bond purchase look in game, and it look extremaly similiar, you just need to click one time extra to change to Old School - and i have no doubts theres a lot of clueless users that dont really catch a "diffrence"

btw -Jagex support is also going to ask you to go and check in OSRS if bonds didnt end there (cos they could "migrate", lol, even without you making any mistake), so do yourself a favor and check it

Also -make sure that bonds are not siting in your wallet - you are sure that in wallet you have 0 bonds, right?

Finally - if you ordered once, payment refused, and then ordered second time -then you ordered something twice, just first payment got delayed.. (that is ultra common too, like seriously... )

+ create thread in dedicated Jagex forum, here (if u didnt allready)

Thank you for this kind of information. I looked into osrs but sadly no bonds there.

I have 0 bonds in rs3 and osrs so maybe I really have to wait a few days or weeks (I hope not) until Jagex replies back :-).

Where have you been for the last month? They weren't "hacked." They were transparent on what happened and worked diligently to fix the issue, and are staying true to their word with the aftercare for accounts that have issues after restoration.
