How can you delete your character?

I want to delete it because the name is terrible, lol. I couldn't find where to do it, and I'd love to just be able to start over.

Or just change your name? You can do it from the "Hero" screen, press ESC and its the little shield with a sword on top.

If you are a member you can change your character name once every 28 days via Account Settings. If you don't want to wait 28 days, you can redeem a Bond and change your name instantly.

You cant really delete your account. Best you can do is link your current runescape account to an email address and unlink it from your steam account. Then next time you open runescape on steam you will have to create a new account since your last one isnt linked to your steam anymore.
