Im new to the game

[Communist Wind]

There is this choose option box that pops up and its annoying as hell. I have no idea how to use it. Can someone help me disable it or understand how to use it. When i left click or right click on an option nothing happens

That's... how you interact with things. If choosing an option doesn't do anything, either your game is lagging to hell or your client is completely broken.

when you right click on things you get that action box pop up, you can then left click whichever option you want. you just cant left click everything to do every action, some things will require you to right click it for that menu.

Hmph ok . I just didn’t know because it let me talk and move around without that at first. It when I click stuff in the box it doesn’t work which is weird. U think verify files will help?

Left click gives basic interactions, but if something has more than just the basic interaction option (which most do, examine if nothing else) or if multiple things are under the cursor then you need to right click on the object (or click with one button mode on) and left click the interact option you want from the list. If that's not working, either verify files or reinstall.
Though you should read if there's some kind of "you can't do this because [X]" or "nothing happens" message pop up somewhere, for instance in the chatbox.
Or, if you're examining, it'll give you the examine details in a popup and in the chatbox.

Okay thanks. Verifying didnt work so I reinstalled. I’ll try it again but it’s odd. The box pops up when I simply left click as well

If you're trying to pickpocket the guard you don't have a high enough thieving level.

I think the issue he/she is having is that when they left click or right click on something it brings up the menu instead of it just being right click for menu on things.

You can turn off that Left click to open that Menu by going to setting: ESC > Settings > Gameplay > Game Interaction > One-button gameplay. Turn it off if it's checked.

I just be trying to walk bruh
