Custodian Log Pages

I got my first page around lvl 13. I'm now lvl 26 archaeology and can't get the other 3 pages to drop. I already talked to Liam many times and he keeps saying he will look for the missing dial but never finds it and I cannot obtain any more Custodian Pages. I looked at the Wiki and I know it's not supposed to take this long and only have 1 page. Is this a bug? Any advice would be appreciated.

Bad RNG, I had some similar issues when going for pages in the Zamorak dig sight, took almost 3 hours to get all 4 pages.

yer, its all rng. i still got a few pages here and there i need for some of them. hell, some i even got the last page and not the 2nd last.

when i get 120 or close to ill prob go back and get the pages im missing

i needed 4 pages at think it was 106 im now 110 and only got 1 lmao so ya its the RNG luck

Sometimes you get all 5 Athletic Journal pages within 10 minutes, other times it takes finding 30 artifacts to see a single Athletic Journal page. We call this lovely process a "Random Number Generator".

took me 5-6hours for all pages i think there 4 you need to get

These are rather hard to find however I am certain you can find them in "Administratum Debris" "Castra Debris" and "Legionary Remains"

The only thing you can do to help this is get a lorehound pet and unlock its lore finder perk, both of which come from May's quest caravan. Otherwise it's pure RNG and you just have to sit and deal.

Okay thanks for the tips. I only had page 3 from level 13 to level 31. I managed to get the other 3 in the next 2 levels so I was level 33 before I finished. I know many of these games are RNG but it's weird to be stuck on a low level step for 20 levels. And the wiki states its level 12-17 content. It seems more like a quest than trying to get a good drop from a boss. I dont know, I just never had a situation like this when it comes to questing. I've been playing since Classic the original Runescape. At least now I know its normal to get stuck on low level content with this skill.

also, you can use the lore hound pet to boot the chance of gettin the pages, to just pull him out when your looking for them

Just wait until you start looking for the Spear of Annihilation tip or pieces of the Inquisitor's Staff. You'll look back on these days, fondly.
