Subscription on Steam
Yo so I was wondering - is it possible to buy another subscription via steam once the previous one expires? Say I buy a three month pack right now, will I still be able to buy a 1 month/a year pack once it expires?
The description states that the subscriptions are not recurrent and can only be purchased once, but does that extend to ALL of the subscription packs?

Buy from the rs website its cheaper anyway, vip is well worth the cost that comes out late in the year lasts years was £43 for the year and has good bonuses
1mth 3 mth etc one off or repeat mems are there too
Basically depends what currency you use with some countries paying way way less than others

The reason I want to buy (several) packs via steam is cause it's waay cheaper that way. I'm not from Europe/US, so there're no regional prices on the RS website - to give you an example, a half a year pack for OSRS on steam would cost me say 5$, whereas on the official site it would be like 15$ [could give you the prices in my regional currency, but that would hardly tell you anything I suppose].
I mean I'm not [that] broke, but the sub fee if bought via their site is greater than that of WoW and FF14, which is a bit discouraging tbh

Yep depends what currency you use, my years mems was £43 for a vip package which is far better than the steam package ( better rewards etc) at £90

I would look at both prices via Runescape's website and Steam's options before making a second payment.
The Steam membership packages for Runescape are more of a 'starter' payment and not a recurring payment method. Eventually, I can see them changing this to include Premier Payment options, (the highest tier of Membership which comes with a myriad of benefits) via Steam but right now I'm not sure how their contract reads in regards to splitting payment with Steam. I would think the latter has a lot to do with as to why normal Membership Plans, (as showed on the main website for Runescape) aren't advertised on Steam yet.
Without the knowledge of Grandfathered payment plans or the benefits of Bonds or just the simplicity of saving money on a Premier Plan: you could end up wasting money.

When you say, "... but does that extend to ALL of the subscription packs?" I can only assume you mean via Steam. On the Runescape website you can opt for recurring membership plans that bill every month, or, Premium Membership packages that recur every year based off of a lump sum down-payment for that year. You could also purchase Membership with in-game Bonds at a rate of three Bonds per 45 days, (or longer, possibly even buy Premier Membership as earlier described).
There's a lot of options for you to consider and I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm beating a dead horse but the technicalities of this are foggy, especially when they release such a false advertised 'DLC' package on their store page.

Instead of reconsidering a payment through Steam, try comparing the prices first to see how much of a difference it can make:
  • Check your country's currency MSRP via Membership Plans versus others. (How well your currency stacks per month versus others countries to differentiate a semblance of cognition in regards to how much money you're paying versus another user in the same scenario.)
  • Compare Steam's 'option' to the 'real' thing on the Runescape Website - I've seen people pay extra money for no reason simply for not knowing about Membership Plans or people who have spent upwards of a 'full DLC' (it's not) payment as listed on the Store Page).

They've literally got a post in the thread saying in their currency the Steam packs work out cheaper than the Runescape site prices, and here you are pontificating like they're the one that can't read.

reconsider : to consider again especially with a view to changing or reversing

Free tip: trying to use a bunch of fancy words you don't fully understand in an effort to look smarter just leaves your post full of grammatically incorrect word salad.

In case anyone else is wondering - apparently you can buy all of the sub pack listed on steam one after another; I'd bought a 3-month sub pack for OSRS on steam, and all of the other packs including those for RS3 weren't locked out the store page says that I only own that 3-month pack

It seems that you can't buy one and the same pack more than once, yes. All the other packs are still purchasable tho.
