kind of wrong.

bobs "spawn point" is burthrope. he isnt just bound to the place. he spawns in his owners (or as he says, his pets) house. the house is the topmost on the right. he resets and spawns back there when any big update happens. from them he just walks around. he can go anywhere thats not blocked by a fence/thing that need to be clicked to pass. when he first came out he could go to almost anyplace on the map, now its a little less.

all words are the same. if you have a amulet of catspeak (e) you can track him (gives a arrow of where he is). i have ran into him a few times here and there. i think there also groups that help find him

Best advice I can give is to find somewhere he gets stuck fairly regularly and hop worlds until you find him. I've heard the Varrock anvil place is pretty good, although I've had the most luck finding him behind Draynor Manor for some reason.

In W139 I've only ever seen him in a house in north Burthorpe but I've read it roams around.
