Need Divination Help

how do you charge the naragi engram with the 500 pale wisps and 89 memory strands? I'm trying to get through the tutorial and am a bit lost. (sorry she was long winded so i skipped some of it)

Naragi engram can be charged with Pale energy that can be obtained by siphoning wisps in Pale wisp colony that's located near the entrance to the Wizards' Tower (left from the bridge). Memory strands are obtained randomly when you siphon memory from wisps in amount of +-20 pieces. (You can exchange memories for xp by left clicking on energy rift; you can also adjust the energy rift by right clicking on it and selecting Configure option)

When you're done collecting memory strands and Pale energy, you should click on the engram and select the Charge option. After charging the engram, you can left click on the memory strand and it'll teleport you to the shrine of Guthix. There you'll exchange the engram for Divination xp by talking to the NPC on the stairs. (You can also add memory strands to your Currency Pouch so that it saves up your inventory space)
