Backpack unavailable

Hi all,

I am new to the game. I hope someone can help me ! :)

When I go to the bank, I can't empty my inventory there, because my backpack "isn't available".

I don't understand what is going on.
What must I do to use my backpack at the bank ?

You can't because you are trying to do so from the Backpack itself, which becomes unavailable when the Bank interface is open. While in the Bank, you should see your Bank contents on the left-hand side of the screen. And on your right, you should see three tabs at the top. Hover your mouse over the icons and you'll see: "View Backpack", "View Worn Equipment" and "View Beast of Burden". Click on the Backpack and you should then be able to deposit any items you wish to your Bank.

If you wish to deposit everything from your Backpack to your Bank, you can also click on the button below the Coin Pouch display. The one one the far left will deposit all Backpack items at once. The one right next to it will remove and deposit every worn item and put it in the Bank. The third one will do the same for any Beast of Burden you may be using and finally, the last one will deposit the contents of your money pouch.
