set your combat xp to defence only for a while too if you haven't already
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2267662286
so you set range magic and meele to only give defence xp for a while
swap them around as much as you want
If you set meele to give xp in all 3 style its gives a % to each then a small % to hp xp
by setting it to def only you get all the xp that would have gone into att and str added to defence xp
You don't lose any xp you just get it all in one skill not 3
It's good to get quest levels fast
Then reset it all 3 if you want for general training
+1 stuff like that is always best, fast kill even if a bit less xp will always be better for training
not just in f2p or low level, it's a good way to train at any level just change the kill to suit
bless the charming imp being on the toolbelt
Moss Giants are also a nice option if you can get near any. They've got some decent drops.
The hill giants beneath the dungeon between GE and Barbarian Village require a brass key to access, however, The most common drop players will farm for of them is the Limpwurt roots, A drop that f2p can get but it'll sell for an nice amount after you start racking some up.
Please do note that on f2p worlds, this area may be subject to botting and if you encounter any, do report them please.
