Music is not playing

When I start playing the game all the sounds work expect for the music. in the audio settings it is turned on and I also searched all the internet and it seems it doesn't work...

Make sure you don't have the music muted in your audio settings. Or you could try Ctrl + G which is a global mute/unmute

it's not in mute and I still have the issue

Did you try open music player in Runecape and play music? (hoover cog icon, and music note icon for music player should show)
