i was level 70 when i started im not level 92 its NOT a good idea to do this for fast xp. Im doing this mostly for the food. on top of that the fish i dont eat i can sell for cash. and the new archeology relic "bait and switch" cooks all the food for me so im also getting cooking xp. Its slow xp but ill most likely do it untill i can fish sailfish.

Swarm Fishing is going to be bad XP but okay money since it gives fish above your level.

If you want a better AFK method, just do basic Magnetic Minnows until you unlock Blue Blubbers or Fishing Frenzy to power down those last levels.

Yes on iron. Took around 2 months, but the AFKness and amount of fish you get is nice. If you're a regular acc, I wouldn't recommend it XP neither GP wise.

You could try Menaphos fishing if you still need Menaphos rep. It's not the best exp/h but it's worth considering for rep. I did that afk to 99 while doing Uni work a couple years ago.

yes. done it on 8 of my alts. gives about 1-1.5mil gp an hour aswell as about 70-110xp xp an hour :)
