World map completely black and flickering

I cant see anything my map is completely black besides icons and lines for walls.
it also flickers horribly which I bet could give someone a seizure. It hurts my eyes at least.
This occasionally also happens with my UI.
Anyone know what to do? This is getting really unplayable at some points.
I already tried reinstalling the game and updating graphics driver.
Also tried verifying game files.
Dont know what to do. Help.

happens to me a lot unless im zoomed in

screensharing seems to be the problem seems to be the problem
kinda weird

changing your codec to nvidea's nvenc should also solve it for streaming

do you have an xbox controller plugged in ? the other day my screen was black, logged out, unplugged controller started game up again and i could see again.

make sure graphics card is updated to latest driver as well.
