Is this pvp game, or pve only?
Every such game atm have arenas or duel options. It's boring. Looking for some free pvp. Does this have it?

There is a Duel Arena where players can fight each other, friendly or staked. You can challenge anyone to a duel at any time anywhere in the game. PVP is limited to the Wilderness only.

The duel option is just for fun though , nothing lost or gained
There's a toggle and most people have duel turned off though

PvP is quite lively in the old school version of the game. If you are interested solely in PvP, consider looking into OSRS.

Yeah, there are two Player Killing (PVP) specific worlds. Both are Legacy only, meaning if you are using EOC, you will be forced to change over to Legacy in order to enter those worlds but you can change back once you move to another server.

W18 is a members only PVP world while W33 is its F2P counterpart.

it has both pvp and pve but the pvp community in RS3 isn't as active as in OSRS.
PVE is for sure more of a focus for the devs.
