Action Bars Resetting!

I need help! ever level up my action bars reset the spells and seem to pre add default spells removing the ones i drop and dragged onto them every level up! if i can't fix this im going to uninstall it can't play like this

Restoring your action bar.

After you have reached your low lagg area, use the following chain of commands: Escape>Quick Load Layout>Classic. This will restore your action bar. Now, to keep your action bar from disappearing again, you need to lock the ability to edit. This can be accessed using the following step.

Locking the edit function.

Use the following chain of commands to reach the 'lock edit' function: Escape>Interface Settings>Lock Interface Customization.

There you go! Now your action bar is safe and sound. Just to be sure, save your setup to a custom loadout so that you can access it later.

I have locked my actionbars and saved layout and scoured the action bar settings and still doesn't work think i'm going to uninstall.

I saw this when i googled the issue...but it didn't work either now if i have to wait to level 250 im uninstalling it asap its so annoying.

"Fresh account Quality of Life Skip tutorial / Stop actionbar resetting to default

Press F1 to open your Hero menu

Navigate to Achievements tab

Clear your path in the bottom right

Click Skip Tutorial

Select Lumbridge in the choice menu that pops up.

All done!

It kept auto changing the order and removing things on my action bars...
After the 4th time I just uninstalled.
