you used to get less slayer xp for fighting mobs a lot lower level than you but I think that's gone too now
mind elaborating what you mean by leveling scaling?
every skill requires more exp each level you get a quick example is lvl 1-92 is the same exp as 92-99. but not sure if thats what you're asking
Level scaling is the idea of everything in the world leveling as your combat skills get stronger.
An example would be the Cows in Lumby leveling up as you level up, eventually being Combat level 138.
Dungeoneering does this concept with higher level combat levels generally resulting in seeing higher level monsters, with the odds of seeing higher combat level bosses more often.
Games like ESO the mobs scale to your level, everytime you level every mob on the server goes up a level too
And the gear they drop goes up in level too
It keeps every single mob viable to kill forever, so in eso you could do the same dungeon for same full set of armour many times, level 10 to level 50 then to 160cp
Didn't know that , never seen any difference from my alts to my mains but good to know
The main world mobs don't scale at all though do they
Nah, they'd need to completely redesign the entire game and considering it took 'em almost two decades to make mining/smithing relevant outside of RSC, that doesn't seem likely
hmm not positive about mining being relevant with current prices, I will make some masterworks at long last just so I've done it and see if that's made smithing worth while
Well, maybe not perfectly relevant, but it's still better'n having to be maxed in order to save yerself 200k on a set of low/mid-lvl armor, and a helluva lot more enjoyable to level now
Never used any of them but i like that people can make halfway decent meele armour all the way to 70 and maybe beyond without using gp
Be really nice to see a rs4 that took all types of crafting seriously
