sounds like you got a bug on your computer, prob a keylogger. or you didnt change your password/ have a easy to guess one. could also be a mate trolling you
i have been playing off and on since 2004 and i only got haxed 2 times. the first was in the first year or so playing. lucky for me i saw them log on (my sister was on at the time and i was watching her play) and i told them to get off my account. they only moved me from varrock to falador. the 2nd was me falling for the people that spam "go to my youtube and get a link to go in a raffle to win X mill", but i got to a mod fast and they locked my account for me
so really op, its your fault for not doing the authenticators. you can try asking a mod to unlock it, but you need proof its your account. think there's a forum post on the rs website where you can go and ask them
ones again, always change your passwords, do a bank pin AND the other authenticator, like the phone one
then its impossible to get haxed
throw in some numbers if u want aswell. change some i oand/o l to 1, o to 0. or do a big brain and change random letters to random numbers
I suggest you run Malwarebytes on your system and a decent anti virus program like Kaspersky.
Post on the RS forums or contact support
They added a lot of thing to help you secure your account you should do that
Don't clic on link that people send you this is basic knowledge in gaming world ... trust no one
If you get hacked a first time change password of both your account and Email address and check for any Malware/virus on computer
In the real world hacker don't get into your PC magically dont know the real percentage but i m pretty sure it's close to 99% when you get "hacked" it's beacause of your fault not paying attention to thing you do on internet
the easiest way to ensure you don't become a victim of cybercrime is to educate yourself about it, and avoid it.
i would wipe your pc entirely if i were you, and reflash your bios. enable 2fa on runescape, and on steam. there's more at stake now that runescape is on steam. =p
