Rune Memories quest doesn't start?

Even though I have completed the previous task and have space on my inventory it doesn't start? I've already logged off and came back but it still doesn't work :/ I don't think I'm doing anything wrong but if anyone could help me I'd appreciate it!

Oh jeez I feel super dumb now, it's a member's only quest and though I searched how to fix the problem I totally missed and didn't see that. Thank you for your help otherwise I'd be a fool waiting for it to happen ^^''

filter your quest list if your f2p for now so it only shows f2p
