Missing account items from DLC pack

Does anyone else have this problem? They advertised the 1 month membership with 15 keys and an ingame item but I am still waiting for those. Their "support" page isn't helping either since you aren't able to write a direct ticket to them.

did you got nothing from the DLC? no keys? no member?

Did you log-in into the game through Steam after buying those? RuneScape has to detect if you bought the package and to do so, you must log-in right after that. If you logged-in through the regular RuneScape client, you won't get it.

For first: if you started in "Ironman/Hardcore Ironman" mode then i hve some BAD news for you :p
you dont get most off that pack (except membership)

Now -in normal mode, most of items never appear anywhere -they just got "auto added"
Membership -just activate
keys -you now have exta keys in Treasure Hunter RNG loot game TM (pres F6 and you see your "key count")
cosmetics -they added to "wardrobe" - press F2 to choose tyour cosmetic options

Yup, logged in through steam by linking it to a new account.

The Key's aren't a physical item. They are just a number count on the Treasure Hunter Screen.
