f2p afk combat training?

are there valid methods to afk train combat for f2p?

I'm no expert on RS3 combat training these days. But assuming it's even remotely similar to how it used to be, the zombies in the 2nd floor of the stronghold of security work out pretty well.
Though I haven't tested that in ages and I imagine you'll want to use Legacy to make it more afk. Or the other combat method I forget what it's called maybe that works better not sure.

The easiest might be the Zombies in the Edgeville Dungeon next to the Slayer Master.
They are aggressive for like 15 - 20 minutes then they stop auto attacking you.
(This is a good time to do a bank run and stock up on food)

When you come back they should be aggressive again.
