How to track quests?

I'm lost on how to track quests. My activity log disappeared and I can't get it back. I keep trying to track/path quests but it isn't working

If you are using the modern interface (as opposed to the legacy interface) you should be able to access your quest log through the menu icon shaped like a compass. Also from there you should be able to click the Quest List icon to open a permanent quest list window if you want that.

In the legacy interface there will be a blue and white circular type icon that opens a list of quests.

F3 , Quests tab, also the quest icon (Compass) is handy on the tool bar
