What a completely generalized unhelpful answer! Some of us are being brought to a dead end on confirm date of birth questions....how about the EXACT page that will help us?

I solved this by re-login in the not-found page. Turns out that the jagex website is just constantly trying to forget that you've already logged in. Bad session handling for their website. Anyway hope this would help.

i just figure it out. okay so use VPN because im from Indonesia which is located in South East Asia, i dont know if RuneScape website doesnt register Asia server or what, but i use VPN to connect to American server then refresh the page it works.


i know im a year late but if people are still having trouble with this problem in the future i hope this helps you
