GPU doing all the graphics, and some control about per window/monitor and resolution, so one can set the scaling to different options to see if that fixes the detection. Through Nvidia control panel or other panels or for the GPU you use.
For example in nvidia's control panel, you can set options per software/game, in 3D settings, program settings, to see if one can force options onto that game.
It's very stupid that this still exist, but I guess its a deep issue in why it has not been fixed. Also it mixes screens and resolutions to be on the wrong ones and having no OPTIONS to set? it only gives you recommended resolutions, which feels forced and god awful.
Among other issues, makes the price of premium harder to swallow and this being the "newer" RS.
mange browse local files
bin
win64
right click on runescape
properties
compatibility
change high dpi settings at the bottom
check both boxes
make sure bottom says application
apply and should be good to go
