Other Frequently Asked Questions

Will my game hours be carried over to Steam?
- No, Steam uses a separate tracking method based on your running the game via Steam. If you don't launch the game through Steam, it can't track your hours.

Will my hours in Steam be added to the RuneScape total?
- Your hours in-game will always be tracked by RuneMetrics.

Will there be Steam Achievements?
- Steam will feature 20 Achievements on launch. These will have some cross-over with in-game achievements but will not be identical. If you've already met the criteria for the achievement, you won't need to complete it again - it should automatically sync with your game account within a few minutes of launching the game.

When is OSRS coming to steam?
- OSRS will be coming to Steam in early 2021.

How do I report a message?
- Hover over the message you want to report and click the "Report" button in the top right. It looks like a flag!

Why was I banned?
- Most of the JMods here are either Game Devs or on the Community Team and can't answer these questions for you. The best way to check the reason why you got banned reading through this[jgx.game] webpage.
