Contacting Runescape Support

Anyone know of a way to email or open up a ticket on the runescape website? Nothing seems ot lead to opening a ticket. Does Jagex hate their playerbase or something?

Hey! If you check out our Support site (linked below), you'll find articles detailing steps you can take to get past a lot of issues yourself. If you click on or search for your issue, you'll often find that a support ticket isn't necessary - but if the steps in those articles don't help, each page gives you the option to open a support ticket at the very bottom (the Contact Us button).

I can't find any way to actually get help for the problem I'm having through that. No way to open up a ticket or I'm blind. Can you direct me to how to open a ticket?

Under the contact Us header is a Contact customer Support topic you can click. the follow a few steps in order to make your ticket..

I'll follow through with that an update if I manage to find it through that. Thanks for the help thus far (: My issue is fairly annoying.

So - in regard to my problem - https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/206103939-My-account-is-locked - is the closest to it.

However, I don't see a contact us on this page. The problem is my account gets locked each time i login on a different day. I login, play for 5-15 minutes, get locked out, need to reunlock it. Rinse & Repeat.

I'll sadly need to delay my report of the issue due to
"Error: Sorry, a problem occurred while submitting your request, please try again later."
Unfortunate, but at least I know where to go for when it does work.
