Depending on how far into the game you are, it can be difficult to upkeep membership through the GE. End game players can make millions per hour and have no trouble, but if you're earlier on you might find yourself spending most of your bond membership grinding out just enough money to buy the next one. It really depends on how much you play and how far along your account is.
The early game can be a bit of a slow grind to getting a bond - the first 2 or 3 bonds are definitely the hardest, but after that - some money-making efforts can make you a bond in a few hours. So if you dont mind spending, buying your first ~month of membership will definitely make you able to consistently get bonds when you need em going forwards
Time and Money are both currencies, and you gotta weigh which one you want to spend
If you dedicate time to getting your farming skill up, and do farm runs consistently every time they're available, you can pretty much sustain yourself off herb runs alone (almost) for membership.
Personally, I just pay the monthly fee, less than an hours work for 30 days membership, hell, just go do a favour for someone for a tenner a month and you're golden.
