Tried to buy bonds through steam, but jagex keeps cancelling it.

I'm trying to buy 5 bonds. I put money on steam because the transaction said to, but when I order it, it gets refunded.
I sent a message to steam support and they said that it was not them that were cancelling it.
What do I do now? Have I put the money on steam for nothing?

It’s no longer possible to purchase Bonds through third parties due to abuse from bots and other malicious parties.

You can only buy bonds from the official Old School RuneScape website

I just tried buying a Bond and it worked . Directed me to the RuneScape shop and ordered and I charged the exact amount I needed on Steam to purchase a bond. 9.71 USD for one Bond .
