Missing Items and Pets, Levels Lowered, etc

Hello everyone. I came back about a month ago from a few year hiatus to find that my skills have all been lowered. I was 99 i n everything except runecrafting which was 97. All my pets are gone except for my heron. I am missing expensive items such as primordial boots, ferocious gloves, berserker ring, range gear, mage gear, I mean a lot of items. I kept my bandos and all my gold though so I know I was not hacked. My firecape has disappeared, many items from minigames are gone like mining outfit, stuff from tithe farm, my outfit from wintertodt. All the higher level quests I did are not done again. All my achievements excluding wilderness were all done and now none of them are done and just have a few parts done. My prayer and costume room in my house has disappeared which included a ton of gear and many items from clue scrolls, all fecking gone. What in the hell happened to my account? I have messaged jagex and have not had a response back. I was maxed, I had good gear and I had approximately 8 pets that are all gone. It's like my account reversed back in time. My first 99 was herblore and that was back in like 2006 or 2007 as I started playing in 2004. Can anyone help me please. I am frustrated that I can not get any help from jagex. Thanks guys. Old School RuneScape is NOT the same game from back in 2006 when you last played. Old School RuneScape is a relaunch of the 2007 version of RuneScape.

Old School RuneScape launched in 2013 and everyone started fresh and from the beginning.
Nothing from the previous version of the game carried over to Old School RuneScape.

The game from 2004 which you last played is now called “RuneScape” (or “RuneScape 3” by the community). Old School RuneScape is NOT the same game from 2004.

I tried logging into RS3 which put me at the tutorial island all skills 1 and bank empty. I logged into OSRS and it's my character but like 10 years of missing stuff. Skill randomly lowered, some still at 99. Herblore was my first 99 and when I logged in it was 66. I never started a new charcter. So which version am I supposed to log into if there's only two versions and neither is my account from which I left it when I stopped playing. I only had 1 account as well.

My last hiatus was Approximately 2019/2020 (more likely the end of 2019 beginning of 2020) until a month ago. Prior to that I stopped, I'm seriously guessing, around 2011 and then came back a bit before chambers was released in 2017 (so probably came back in 2016.)
