Cutting Mahogany Trees to Level 99 Woodcutting Isn't Even That Bad for OSRS
I'm reading up on cutting the benefits of doing this and the ways of maximising the amount of Mahogany logs to be gathered during the grind, what the logs will be used for, and why the extra time it'll take is a good thing, at https://www.pissgaming.zone/osrs/osrs-mahogany-trees-to-level-99-stats-info-and-more — and I don't think this method of training is too bad.

It even lists the amount of logs you'll be getting at 99, and talks about why this method is a valid one, even if the GP per hour isn't good enough for it to be a money making method. A pretty valid article and a good read, IMO

Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

I get the IM way of doing construction (collecting all your logs and using them) is cheaper, but is it actually better in terms of time spent? It's about 100m to train construction to 99. Wouldn't it be better to just 1.5t to 99 since it's so much faster, then use another skill to make the money? For instance, I can easily make 2m an hour mining gems. That means it'll take about 50 hours to get the money for construction to 99. Am I going to spend more than 50 hours cutting mahogany to 99? That's the real question. Because if that's the case, anyone with an 80+ high end money making skill can probably do it faster. If that's the case, most people would benefit more from fast woodcutting, especially since wintertodt is free firemaking xp.
