Bonds bought though steam launcher

So I have an issue buying bonds with my steam wallet. When I open osrs through steam, go to store and purchase bonds it refuses to allow purchase from the jagex website that then opens steam to complete payment. It charges my steam account and immediately refunds. Now I can buy membership just fine, so I tried buying membership and bond, same issue . Then I bought membership separate, and then bond right after and they both went through, but I don’t see the bond in my account and it definitely wasn’t refunded this time. I tried buying another bond after and same issue, gets refunded by jagex. Steam support says it’s not on their end and the game developer is issuing the refund.
I submitted a support ticket as well but want to post here FYSA and get any input from others.

Jagex disabled the ability to purchase Bonds through third-party websites due to abuse from bots and other malicious parties. The only place you can purchase Bonds now is through the game itself (Grand Exchange or trading with a player) and the OldSchoolRS website linked below.

Interesting, this one went through so hopefully support will be able to refund it.
