according to the wiki this is the best free to play money making method. i havent tryed yet it is it really that efficient?

I'd imagine it'll already be botted to worthlessness, as a zero-requirenent f2p option. On paper, though, it should be profitable since you're getting the high-alch value of the supplies (or slightly under, since I assume you'll want to sell more than one of each item per world) but without the cost of nats. The world-hopping would be tedious and you'd get zero xp, though, and if you're not going to get any xp you may as well find someone willing to pay for a favor and make a bond's worth of gp in an hour or two.

the max quantity i got of GP so far was 500K by doing high-alch on stuff. i just wish that items didnt took too long to sell and buy at GE.

You will be competing against bots in most of the cases... so the profit won't be 1:1 as written... more likely 1/4 or 1/5 of it. Unless you will get lucky, then maybe 1/2 of it.
