i would like to PVP but no

so i think this game has Cool looking PVP

however

this game doesn't respect my inputs

we will be in the heat of combat in my enemy will almost be dead
now my chance to get the kill

*click on my little blue orb to activate the special attack *

*click on my opponent*

*my character runs up to the almost at opponent about to stab it*

and then
THEN
my character just stands in front of him not doing anything leting my enemy get free hits and kill me

the game engine works on 0.6 second long tick cycles
your actions only register once every approximately 0.6 seconds, accounting for server lag and latency

based on the information in your post it is very likely the problem is attack speed
