Jagex Support is NonExistent

So I've been trying to contact Jagex over an account issue, and at this point I am now just looking to refund the years membership I just bought. Tried emailing them, but it is kicked back because I don't have a ticket via the support center. When I try to create one at the support center I'm just in an infinite loop of clicking on issues. Runescape was such a good game, its too bad Jagex ruined it.

Click issues until you get the right area, or take the hint that the issue you're looking into isn't worthwhile for a ticket. Jagex isn't impossible to contact even if it's something trivial.

If you bought years of memebership, what kind of account issue are you trying to resolve?

Account muted for no reason. Submitted an appeal and they didn't even bother to look at it. Just automated response.

It's rarely for 'no reason'. Most likely you said something that tripped a censor program, or were getting too riled up in an argument that got reported. I'd just keep submitting support tickets. I know there's an option in there somewhere, I think it's on 'account suspensions' or something like that where it shows if there's any active disciplinary action on your account. You can submit an appeal through there! Hope that helps <3

I swear its the dumbest ♥♥♥♥ ever. Lol. The only thing I can think of in their "evidence" is me and a random talking about whiskey we liked at the ge. Explained that in the appeal and still muted for 7 days.

how far runescape has fallen.. some of my best times where just talking to random people about life and things as we grinded away
