Moving to runelite

I'm done with the Steam client and waiting for too long for proper updates/qol features that should have come to the client a long time ago. Can someone tell me the list of plugins i will need or the plugins that are absolutely recommended to have?

everything else is preinstalled

Is there a GPU plugin as well? Last time i was in falador just standing there when I first started up Runelite and my PC went insanely hard and CPU usage was crazy

You cannot use GPU with HD 117, it's one or the other.

The only other thing IK for graphics you can do is "low detail" gets rid of a lot of clutter.

117 already makes use of the GPU if I remember right.

Yes. They automatically turn each other off. GPU takes less of a load though likely.

Most likely, GPU just enhances the overall graphics and their processing, whereas 117 adds additional lighting, higher res textures etc.

Either way, performance will be better than default.

Check out some setup guides on YouTube, I personally recommend the video "Runelite Plugins Setup From Scratch (OSRS 2020)" by Gnomonkey and the more recent video "Sae Bae - Runelite Settings" by Sae Bae.

oh yes it does. My GPU is often at 100% running this game in 4k
