Oh noes, takes 30-60 minutes per day to maintain bond and all you need is either 5-6M to buy first bond and get 14 days of membership or spend 7£ for 30 days of membership and then... Who could have ever imagine that you can maintain your membership while playing the game??? Unimaginable!

"Overpriced" etc. if your parents don't give you money for it, then it's not companies fault, they provide F2P experience, if you are broke you can play there and after some time get membership from in game gold... Takes 200IQ to plan that omg...

Im 34. I earn £20 an hour. and id probably play for 8 hours a month. just sell me the game for £40 and add buyable items or skins or something.

rust makes loads of money out of me... I can log in when i like... and if they bring out something I want I buy it. its a far better model and I don't feel like i'm being robbed. as I can always sell the things iv bought on the community market for a profit or loss... if I chose.

Sounds like this is not the game for you if you play 8 hours a month. It would take you years and years to achieve anything in the game at that rate. I play 60+ hours a week. If you play alot, the 10€ / month is very good value. WOW costs the same, but OSRS has the option to earn the playtime as a Bond in-game. In your case F2P is the only reasonable option in my opinion.

You saying this so casualy. I can't make that much money even in my good days. Heck even back when I used to play Original Runescape version I won't quite able to farm that much gp. I would literly had to 24/7 for half a month to gain 10-12m JUST TO RETAIN 1 month of membership.

It has money makers that can make from 20k/h up to 12M/h.. Git Gud.

most of those moneymakers are inaccessible to beginners and several more of them rely on having a big enough demand/supply on the ge, and anything below 500k/hr is unrealistic for sustaining a bond

Wrong. Unless you had in mind "Most" as 1M+/h, yeah some of them requires high levels or some quests to be done prior to that.

There are methods that you can access on fairly low levels.. f.e. (per hour):
Crushing bird nests - 730k
Filling bullseye lantern (empty) - 693k
Enchanting jade amulets - 654k - Req: Magic 27
Making ultracompost - 583k
Tanning red dragonhide - 582k
Making harralander potions - 572k - Rq: Herblore 22
Grinding unicorn horns - 558k
Tanning black dragonhide - 549k
Grinding desert goat horns - 513k
Cleaning grimy ranarr weed - 465k - Req: Herblore 25
Tanning blue dragonhide - 378k
Tanning green dragonhide - 353k
Enchanting sapphire rings - 307k - Req: Magic 7
Spinning flax to bow strings - 307k - Req: Crafting 10
Making tarromin potions - 276k - Req: Herblore 12
Making guam potions - 256k - Req: Herblore 3
Buying feather packs - 228k
Smithing bronze dart tips - 219k - Req: Smithing 4
Crafting gold bracelets - 209k - Req: Crafting 7

There are more ofc, most of F2P are up to 200k/h, but still doable to maintain bond even with F2P methods. 6M / 0.2M ~ 30 hours per 14 days.
