He's not being sarcastic. He literally made a thread whining like a baby about the 20 hour trade restrictions on new accounts. He genuinely thinks that the 20 hour restriction is the worst thing ever conceived of.

They have always cared about bots... but the number out due everything just to many
your friend has no idea what hes talking about
i have played RS since 2001 with its release Bots have always been a problem it is written in
Java a very simple code nothing like C or C++

but above all else is also man power the company is not like it was and the OSRS staff is a small team not a giant company they are still based in the UK but the name and Jagex is owned by a chinese enterprise

Bots fuel the RWT market Mod ash and many other profits from this to a degree don't let it fool you its about the money at the end of the day and is the only reason why this game is still here 20 something years later bots will always be in a game like this they are found in most MMORPG's where GP is sold for actual real world money..

And most bots are also gold farmers small young children playing for 12-20+ hours a day making GP to sell to feed their family's most in 3rd world countries

OSRS team bans thousands of bots a day but 5000 more are created

They have shut down some RWT websites but 1 or 2 out of 50,000 is not gonna change anything

RWT profits both the OSRS staff, jagex, and the 3rd party the money is what keeps this around thus bots will never be gone.
