The Legacy Client is the client that will keep you in good standing with Jagex. Any other client can get you kicked or banned, if a feature is not authorized. However Runelite has been very abiding to Jagex rules so far... RS Buddy is a bit more rebel.

Runelite is approved by Jagex don't listen to people who say otherwise, if Jagex banned everyone who used Runelite their playerbase would drop by 50% lmao

I did not say that Runelite is a hack client... but there were in it's past history, some accidents with Jagex.

RuneLite isn't a cheat client, and it's very convenient. To OP; would definitely recommend. Much better than the standard client.
