Report A Game Bug and Known Issues

Please provide as much detail about what you were doing before an issue occurred.

Bug Reporting Form

• Please describe the bug. It may be helpful to give details of what you were doing, what happened when you did it, and what you expected to happen instead.
  
• Please describe how to make the bug happen again.

Known Issues

• Noticeable flickers and camera movement when crossing load lines in Fixed Mode. (Note: many instances of this should be addressed and resolved).
  
• Game is noticeably brighter in Steam client.
  
• The Hallowed Sepulchre arrows fired at the player often facing the wrong way.
  
• Occasionally, you might see through the walls of some buildings, especially when zoomed out.
  
• Game client may crash when audio output is physically unplugged.
  
• Some textures displaying incorrectly (e.g. Mahogany tree canopy).
  
• Bridges don't display correctly on the minimap.
  
• Snow effects are displaying incorrectly.
  
• Game client resizes itself when minimised and reopened at the smallest size.
  
• Interface scaling doesn't position the minimenu correctly near the edges of the client.
  
• Text can be difficult to read when UI scaling is active.
  
• Reporting players via the right-click menu is currently broken.

Ok Client gets stuck at the loading screen. The loading screen looks like this https://i.imgur.com/NuLCDMr.png?1. The yellow has an effect that makes it look like it is working but it does not move. I have tried uninstalling and reinstall, run as admin, changed high dpi settings, compatibility mode, and none of those worked. I also tried wating so im at a loss if anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Thank You

Stamina potion duration doesn't show up on the buff bar

After using Minigame teleport (which shows the teleport cooldown icon in the ui) then drinking potions like super strength, attack, and defence. If I move my cursor above the minigame teleport cooldown icon in the UI, the text appearing next to the cursor is under the super potion icons and therefore unreadable. I think same happens with antipoison, antifire etc. and other buff potions.

Verify integrity of game files
right click game > local files > verify integrity of game files
just had this issue after and update and it fixed it for me

Today I logged in and noticed I was in Lumbridge bank, with all my equipment in the bank and nothing in my inventory...I open up the bank and notice ALL of my gold is missing, and a g trim Kite shield missing as well....Does this happen often? Items just *poof* that people spend hours getting?

The client has nothing to do with movement of your character when logged out, nor does the client store your items. They are all on the servers. The only reason you'd end up by the bank is if someone moved you there manually by someone playing your account.

When ever I launch the steam client I am always greeted by a constant 10% loading bar on the white X screen. I have uninstalled, verified files and reset pc etc. Heck I have to reset it otherwise the steam client even when forcibly closed will still show playing the game and when I have tired to client folder it says it is still in use. I am starting to have a lot of lag issues on runelite and I do see this client as a reasonable replacement now that the plugin are getting more relevant. Any ideas?

right click game > local files > verify integrity of game files
just had this issue after and update and it fixed it for me

Broke the FPS limit again? It's capped to 60 when the window is in focus, uncapped when out of focus. At least it isn't as bad as I'm having on RuneLite, where it's dropping to around 10-15 when in focus, but a smooth 50 out of focus?

highlight entities on mouse-over: bruma roots, sprouting roots, crates in wintertodt area do not highlight on mouse-over

The timers for overloads and prayer enhances in chambers of xeric are bugged in the steam client. The display time goes by much faster than the potions actually last (about twice as fast), but the potions last their normal full time.
This always happened in team raids, I don't know if it happens in solo.
