Bonds switched to old school
Anyone know how to switch RuneScape bonds to old school bonds I bought the wrong one in store

this video sums it up very well since i know the thread owner likes to chirp like he knows what hes talking about, youtube is riddled with these videos and this one is form 2019 and is still very accurate even now

If i could talk to a real person for 15 minutes and give him my emails info for the account i would have it back in no time.

Bud you got issues send in a ticket u can't talk to people directly it's how the process works deal with it jumping to other peoples threads to preach your conspiracies is not gonna get you anywhere

If you have enough proof they will get your account back I have had it happen to me

The osrs staff is less then 30 people they don't have the man power like other MMORPGs like wow some of you fail to realize how a business works

besides the actual person being talked to because that basically never hapopens its fairly accurate. if you get enough attention that makes them look bad they will fix your issue fast, if you have a audience and can reach people they will act fast, if you're a nobody they will take their sweet damn time while my membership is currently expiring. pretty accurate

trying to at least get one of them to respond to resolve this, if they make me wait 2 plus weeks because they can't manage their own people/ resources to put people in their customer support roles then i will leave and thats fine i guess. but its indisputable they have abysmal customer support and customer support to any business is the back bone of the whole infrastructure

i initially responded to the mod. If i had 15 minutes or less to show the email i have is the username on my account and show the receipt to the membership along with other detasils i can get the account back now. that vid i showed should not be how iut actually is. it should be how you perceive it, as unrealistic and i wish like hell it was but unfortunately its not

I would rather not be on steam forums, also theres a other video that is less of a meme that delves much deeper into it. take a look at it bud

lol bud, i know its hard to admit you're wrong about something but its alright one day you will learn.

like what kinda argument is that who cares if they ahve less then 30 employees staffed to osrs the game is 20 years old, you wouldnt need that much people to work on the game as a whole the biggest areas that need staff is botting and customer support and CLEARLY the customer support is lacking. the fact your dumb ass can't admit you're wrong is beyond me evenn when the facts are literally everywhere

The support for osrs and rs3 are not mutually exclusive and shows your ignorance of it like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you realize rs3 accounts and osrs accounts are the same thing right, you log into the website and the osrs website under the same account....... like i hopeyou are serioulsy not that dumb to think they have seperate customer support teams when everything is linked together the way it is
