The osrs staff is less then 30 people they don't have the man power like other MMORPGs like wow some of you fail to realize how a business works

I like the video but i find it unrealistic.

i initially responded to the mod. If i had 15 minutes or less to show the email i have is the username on my account and show the receipt to the membership along with other detasils i can get the account back now. that vid i showed should not be how iut actually is. it should be how you perceive it, as unrealistic and i wish like hell it was but unfortunately its not

like what kinda argument is that who cares if they ahve less then 30 employees staffed to osrs the game is 20 years old, you wouldnt need that much people to work on the game as a whole the biggest areas that need staff is botting and customer support and CLEARLY the customer support is lacking. the fact your dumb ass can't admit you're wrong is beyond me evenn when the facts are literally everywhere

the fact they cant staff more people on osrs when they have 450 is just plain dumb. its checking and verifying information and making sure your customers are happy, like how hard is that to do when people are literally paying you money. its a joke and so are you.

The support for osrs and rs3 are not mutually exclusive and shows your ignorance of it like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you realize rs3 accounts and osrs accounts are the same thing right, you log into the website and the osrs website under the same account....... like i hopeyou are serioulsy not that dumb to think they have seperate customer support teams when everything is linked together the way it is
