runelite hasnt been updated in weeks
is anyone else getting the pop up message talking about runelite not being updated to run with the client or something like that?

Just a wild guess but mayne just maybe you should update runelite manually

i have tried broski, i deleted it and uninstalled it serveral times

okay so i figured it out, "Usually this means that the game has just updated and RuneLite hasn't yet been updated. Sometimes it can mean RuneLite can't write to the cache directory. Try deleting %userprofile%\.runelite\cache" hope this helps someone in the future.
