Yeah the Steam client has yet to have a full-screen option available, there's only a maximised windowed mode. You can use other clients like Runelite for that true full-screen experience.

Yes, it was when they first released on steam and you could tell because the user had all his posts retrodeleted (which is what happens when you're hit with a perma)

I think it was Mod Althalius or something like that at the time, now they call their mod "Jagex Light" or whatever.

Censorship from Jagex honestly isn't new. I remember them being pretty unfair to their players back before they FINALLY bit the bullet and paid out 6.5 million pounds to upgrade their infrastructure against DDoS attacks. It got to the point where even posting a thread on the issue would you get banned on their game forums.
