UI Themes: No talk about it yet but probably no.
Render Distance: Yes.
That, and the higher render distance, would make Old School infinitely better to play.
For it's function, You can see and click further. As far as RL is concerned, you cant see any NPCs or players as they don't load in until they enter the games default draw distance. But i reckon jagex could make them load into the new draw distance.
Makes moving around just a little bit more convenient. Moving further for each click.
All it lets you do is see more of the already rendered area... I would assume they will be looking to do a bit more than that. If you use that plugin on RuneLite you should of noticed the limitations, it wouldn't be a consistent or fluid experience so I would hope they'd be looking to improve upon that.
