anyone know how/where to get them?

Rosemary has a 1% drop rate from the mutated female knife-wielding enemies with spikes growing from their backs. These are found throughout the game, but they are plentiful in the main and sub quests within the Sea of Trees biome. Make sure you've invested in all three of the talents that increase item drop rates. This will improve your chances of getting items of all types to drop, including the Rosemary.

Oregano you get from the Axe+Sheild enemies in Hermes Fortress (they have green stuff coming out of them) same drop rate i think.

Best farm is 3rd beacon in Hermes Fortress - sub quest 1, just run out the door and backwards and there is one and a spear dude following him
