18+ DLC?

There is an 18+ logo and a lock on the start screen? But there is no DLC to download or buy? What's the point of that?

Yes, I'm also from Germany and it seems like all games and content with sexual content have been blocked here! I'm 44 and I'm treated like a child. Just ridiculous...

Same here, it's just ridiculous that Germany got completely locked from buying anything with sexual content or games where the developer didn't pick an age group for their games. Why couldn't they just put an 18+ FSK on the games and request and age confirmation or something, it worked before so why not now?

Because Steam got contacted in 2020 over child-welfare/youth protection laws and our lovely government is incapable of providing feasible measures for age verification
