Abandon quest

I was finishing the witch quest part2, killed lucian 1st fase and forgot to complete the quest and killed the 2nd fase, then i completed the quest for the 1st fase and the 2nd fase timer was runing out and i abandoned the quest. Now i cant get the quest anymore, tried all npcs related to the questline (hector pope and 2 priests inside the chamber) and none of them has nothing, ive also tried to kill the major monsters related to the quest and got nothing
Is there anyway to retake the quest? (Im lvl 150 atm) If not, i will only be missing the exp and reward for that quest right?
