Game playing in slow motion?

I have restarted the game and my pc more than once. When I say slow motion, I mean the frame rate isn't dropping, but all of the characters and 3D elements move ridiculously slow. I have seen enough game play to be sure this is not normal. This occurs in all modes aswell.

Hi,

I had similar problems, when I checked the game resolution was set wrong, change it to match your screen resolution. I hope this helps.

Although my resolution wasn't set right, fixing it hasn't fixed the issue, both before and after restarting the game. Thanks for your input though.

what framerate is it running at? i tried capping it below 60 once and experienced what you're talking about.

unless there is a framerate cap imposed by default, I haven't put one on.
