Lowering the Graphical Resolution
Hey there guys. Are there any options or ways to lower the graphical resolution of the game since that option isn't available in that game?

3 is the max value, and 0 the minimum possible

I have a very weird issue that even I changed these settings in this file, they will automatically change back to 1280 x 720 (not 1920x1080 as others met) each time I run the game.
