<b>How to fix the game not starting/launching issue</b>

Many users have been reporting that the game won't run or load, we had a look and it seems to be an issue with Intel and Unreal Engine, here is a temporary fix:

1. Open a command prompt and execute the following command.
setx OPENSSL_ia32cap ~0x20000000

Or, go to System Properties and add the following to the User Environment Variables
Variable name: OPENSSL_ia32cap
Value: ~0x20000000

Put a /M at the end of the command to set it under User variables. It doesn't work in System.

setx OPENSSL_ia32cap ~0x20000000 /M

I am having trouble on Windows 11, too. works fine on windows 10. I reinstalled windows 10, but it still did not work (rebooted it back to Windows 11), so maybe its a coding issue.

I guess we wait until SNK releases a patch or wait for a fan patch to be made...

In the library select the Game and press options, properties, local files and verify integrity of game files.
That worked for me on Deck

Hi, the fix for WINDOWS 11 is: Open a command prompt and execute the following command.
setx OPENSSL_ia32cap ~0x20000000 THEN RESTART YOUR PC. Now it should work.

we should not have to do all this work and add coding or whatever that is. Fix the game we paid for and have it load up when we hit play. please fix it! I want to play this game.
