My review of the preview copy -

A very charming, mechanically impressive homage to old school 3D platformers without pandering to the old style like so many "new" 3D platformers do (looking at you Yooka).

It's not super long but it has an ok length to it.

Overall I believe this is the type of 3D platformer that can actually bring the genre back, not those imitations.

The genre needs less of the imitation game.
